SUBJECT IS HUMAN

"POSITIVE IDENTIFICATION CONFIRMED: SUBJECT IS HUMAN."
Megaman blinked and looked again. He couldn't believe it! He wasn't a robot anymore. He was alive! Dr. Light turned to him and smiled.
"How does feel, Megaman?" He asked.
Megaman couldn't answer, he was still in shock.
"It was a mistake I admit. I must've just pushed the wrong sequence of buttons, but I think it will work out anyway." Said Dr. Light. "According to the print out here, you've retained your full robot memory and will be able to function just as well as you've always had in battle."
"But-but..." Megaman stumbled over the words. "Am I still invincible?..."
Dr. Light paused, his smiled faded.
"I don't know. I certainly hope so, but there's no way to be sure."
He put his hand on Megaman's shoulder.
"You'll just have to be extra careful."
Megaman felt something he never felt before. It was a strange feeling and it made him jumpy. The feeling was fear. It was a feeling he'd have to put behind him if he hoped to destroy Dr. Wiley...

I'm not a huge Megaman fan, but I really wanted to based something off of the becoming a human thing. It's the only canon evidence that Megaman could be human. I thought this one concept stood out from the rest of the novel. I tried to base the appearance off of the original Megaman and not the THOUSANDS of other versions of him. Anyway if you're interested in Megaman then you might want to listen to the Nerd read the novel.
